Compared to a fit individual, an unfit person has 95% increased risk of dying in the next year. Fitness matters.


I can help you get stronger, safely, and you do not need to go to a public gym to do this – these can be intimidating places to go to, gymtimidation can be a real problem.

Many people struggle to lose weight and have tried numerous diets without success. I can help you analyse your current nutrition and suggest how to improve this.
