Pete helped me to regain my motivation for exercise

I have regularly exercised for a few years but after a stressful time at work and various niggling injuries I was finding it difficult to keep motivated.  Having Pete’s support and encouragement has been brilliant in helping me stretch myself and I am starting to really feel the benefits.  I have never focused on strength and conditioning work, so regular sessions that are easy to follow and adapted to my needs are particularly helpful. – R.B. 


I’ve been able to push myself so much more than I thought possible.
